BOOKING TERMS.
These website terms explain how booking enquiries work. Any event-specific fees, deposits, cancellation terms and equipment responsibilities are confirmed in the quote or booking agreement.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a website form or WhatsApp message does not reserve a date. A booking should only be treated as confirmed after the parties agree the scope and any required payment terms.
2. Event information
Clients should provide accurate venue, date, timing, audience-size and equipment information. Material changes may affect the quote or feasibility of the booking.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, payment deadlines and accepted payment methods are communicated with the quote or booking agreement. A website enquiry alone does not create a payment obligation.
4. Equipment and venue requirements
Responsibility for sound systems, power, access and venue permissions should be agreed before the event.
5. Cancellations and postponements
Cancellation, postponement and rescheduling terms are those stated in the accepted quote or booking agreement for the specific event. Clients should request clarification before confirming a booking if any term is unclear.
6. Media
Any photography or video usage at private events should respect the event organiser's permissions and privacy expectations.
